While a corporate Facebook presence, in theory, gives a company unprecedented methods by which to reach consumers, in practice all it does is give consumers a platform through which to go off on racial/political/religious/grammatical and/or all-of-the-above rants about God knows what. Point in case, this fantastic interaction between the world's most racially sensitive Jeremy Lin fan and the world's most easily provoked human being.
