KTLA news puts unintentionally joyous spin on teen shooting.

During a rain delay, a minor league baseball team will do just about anything to keep fans entertained. One example of this is something called the "Roller Coaster," which is basically when a team sits inline on the field, throws their hands up in the air, and pretends they're on, wait for it...a roller coaster! Apparently KTLA had the idea that what works to keep fans in a stadium from checking out might also work to keep viewers of a news story about a cop shooting a teeanager from changing the channel. Guess what? They were right!
