Americans may not be the biggest soccer fans in the world, but if these four recent TIME magazine covers are any indication, apparently we find stories ABOUT SOMEONE'S PARENTS DYING even less appealing than stories about Euro 2012 (a soccer thing of some kind, presumably in Europe.) Too bad the joke's on us! If we really wanted to read about death, an article about soccer is almost sure to include mention of one of its passionate fans killing another one of its passionate fans, all in support of their favorite ball dribblers.
