If "workout" means what a normal person eats, then yes, her warmup is your workout. For example, you eat dinner, she warms up with dinner and then workouts out with second dinner and cools down with cake in the dark. She definitely sweats through the whole thing and needs to shower at the end. If the shirt is purely ironic, then great!
