In case you've been living under a rock and/or rely soley on the coaches of Penn State to tell you things, the NCAA passed down its sanctions for Nittany Lions this morning, which include a fine of $60 million, a four-year bowl ban, a retroactive vacation of all wins since 1998, and having everyone make fun of them on Twitter. Here are the eleven best of that last and completely made up form of punishment.
