Lochte hasn't had to not laugh this hard since we all thought he boned his sister this week.

Let's give some props to Ryan Lochte for having what seems to be a pretty good sense of humor about himself. In fact, he has such a good sense of humor about himself that he is on the verge of laughing throughout this entire video. We're not complaining - we could watch Ryan Lochte barely contain himself for hours. At least that's what we assume is happening, because the other option is that this character is the same as his character in real interviews, in which case Ryan Lochte is Andy Kauffman-ing us - and if that were true, it would mean human endeavor as we know it is futile. Still, though, it looks like someone might be positioning himself to eventually challenge Michael Phelps' record for terrible SNL hosting gigs.
