I have not been treating myself very well. In the mad rush to start a business and build a career, I have not been eating well or exercising. I need a kick in my pants! That kick will be a renewed dedication to pretending to be a jock. Faking it ’til I make it has worked before. An added motivator will be the shame and guilt I will feel if I don’t, handily amplified by putting myself out there on this blog, Jockular.
